Great Little Speaker System

In a 16x12 room, I paired these speakers with the Denon AVR-S750H 7.2 receiver. After it configured itself for the room, these speakers just shine. More than enough for an enjoyable movie experience.
The speakers are a nice size with built in wall mount hole available. Sound is crisp and clean. No real distortion. The sub is a hefty piece and looks to be well made.
My only complaint is in the sub department. It is great for most movies and rock music. If you are into music with deep rolling bass, this sub will come up a little short and you may need to turn the volume down a little on the sub to avoid an unpleasant low distortion. This sub will not rattle your bones.
For now it will do, but this speaker system will eventually be moved to side/rear and supplemental sub for the 7.2 system.
Still impressed for the price point (on sale) and performance. If you are just getting into surround, this is a good starter set.

Small footprint - Big sound

The MRSP on this unit is $599. I have owned this speaker system for 2 months and can attest that one gets a lot of bang for your buck. Have a friend who owns Polk Audio system and swears by their brand. I snagged these puppies for 50% off during Father's Day sale 2020 but would have gladly paid full MRSP for system now I have test driven the speakers.
I have this surround sound system paired with a Yamaha RX-V385 receiver and it easily fills our 18 X 14 living room with terrific surround sound. One thing that really impressed me is the level of bass response from the satellites. I assumed by the size of the satellites that they might struggle with low bass frequency effects yet handled them with ease. I have set the subwoofer cross-over to max (150 hz) and receiver cross-over to 120 hz and the bass is simply exquisite. No harsh treble response and mids sound super clear. Super impressed for such small satellite speakers! Centre channel speaker sounds great as well as subwoofer. Before you ask,,,,,yes, this subwoofer can shake your walls if setup correctly. Pretty shocking for only an 8 inch subwoofer speaker.
One final note, allow at least 2 weeks of use for speakers to sound their best. There is some break-in required as is the case with most home theatre surround systems. Totally recommend this 5.1 surround sound system.

Excellent Speaker System

I got this speaker set 2 weeks ago and they have been in constant use for movies and music. I absulutly love them and the sub gives a good punch. They sound great in 5.1 channel surround for my movies and also sound great in 2 channel stereo for music. Polk Audio does not disappoint.

Bought this home theatre to replace my old Technics speakers. It’s great speakers and my family is being enjoying movies particularly when they are playing video game it unbelievable sound. Great products. I recommend to anyone who is looking for home entertainment to buy this Polk Audio home theatre system
