Haven't Had Issues

This is my first smart phone, so I do not have anything to compare it with, however, I haven't had any issues with the phone. I've had it for over two years now. I just recently bought a new battery for it (and I charge it very often). The only thing I haven't been too crazy about is the camera. Could just be me, but I feel it takes forever to try an center/focus.
I do believe that due to the phone being over two years old, and that fact I use it on a daily basis, sometimes the touch screen does not want to work (mainly the back key to delete a word or whatever I am typing). It has only been a recent thing. Once in a blue moon the screen will not pop on when I tap the screen, but it's not a big deal, just tap the 'power' button and it comes right up. Doesn't happen very often for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved the idea but poor execution

I am about a year and a half out from purchase. Throughout the time having it, the phone constantly had viruses and issues. Right out of the box it had three viruses that had to be taken off. I love having the buttons on the back and having the knock code for the screen. Unfortunately the screen stopped working. After a google search I realized this was a very common issue for these phones. The screen will turn on then go black and stop working. After a while the screen will not respond at all. There is a whole bunch of temporary fixes, but once the phone completely stops responding the temporary fixes will not work anymore. The battery life is great at first but after about 6 months I had to carry my charger with me every where I went.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing but problems

My husband and I both purchased our phones at the same time. Still have a few months to go on the 30 month plan. About six months ago my husbands phone quit charging. We had to buy and external charger and batteries so he could keep switching them out. The texting feature on my has gone crazy. I continually receive anonymous messages with no content and also messages that will not download. Not only will the messages not download, my friends had not sent me anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
