So this chair is a Tipping hazard, it leans far back and if a wheel is not directly in your back, you tip over.
The arm rests are hard, the 2 mm padding dont really count for anything.
It does not turn easily and sticks where it is.
Over all: this chair is a cash grab and ill have to buy another shortly.
