Bad shelf design

Can't store anything but short items. Had to take out a shelf. Thus reducing storage capacity.

Disappointed and disgusted

I have just been cleaning my fridge. I took the toe grille off and looked at the drain pan with the aid of a flashlight - I was disgusted with what I saw. The drain pan cannot be removed but water stays in there so algae grows and there is a black slime in the pan which cannot be removed and cleaned. I am concerned that I have this unhealthy slime at the bottom of my fridge. Add to that that the plastic drawers and bins broke very soon after I bought the appliance. My previous Whirlpool fridge was still intact and thoroughly clean after 25 year so very disappointed in this purchase. p.s. why can't I get rid of the "review guidelines" so I can see my review as I type?

Today’s refrigerators are equipped with non-removable drain pans for better air circulation and cooling performance.
As part of your fridge’s maintenance, we recommend cleaning the toe grille and condensers on the back of the fridge occasionally to prevent any unsightly particles or odors from building up on the drain pan.

Noisy!

I am rather satisfied with this new purchase, but I must say that this machine is much more noisy than the one I had before! Manufacturers should include the noise level in their specs, as they do for dishwashers, because to me, it is an important factor in selecting a model!
I would recommend this to a friend!
