We have had this fridge now for 4 years. It was great in the first year, but has now become so very loud. Trying to vacuum out the bottom is near impossible. Opened up the back and taken off the front grill to vacuum and am not able to get to all parts to clean it. So disappointed. Especially since we already had to replace a whirlpool dishwasher we bought at the same time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the freezer drawer on the bottom, although it doesn’t seem like it’s quite enough room.
One problem we have been having is that the ice maker stops working for a while. It’s under warranty, and they’re coming to look at it today. Hopefully it’s an easy fix.

Everything from the double doors which open independently to the many varied sized compartments to its classy appearance makes it a great buy for the money. The one negative is it is virtually impossible to dispense ice without having some of it end up on the floor...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple of weeks ago I sent a requested support for a problem I was having: The ice maker makes ice but neither the ice nor water dispenser work. I'm thinking the ice auger was frozen and blew a fuse. Is there a fuse somewhere that I could replace or do you have other ideas. The response I received was generic and did not address the problem. t appeared to me that no one had read my reques
