[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge came with the new house. I would have gotten a larger one but space prohibited it. The vegetable and fruit drawers do not slide out and in very smoothly. The ice maker cubes are too small. The cubes don't dispense very well. Usually one or two end up on the floor. It runs much louder than the Kenmore Elite I had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge. Gotta love the counter depth. Only thing is the ice maker capacity is rather small. I'd buy it again.

Convenient Size

Bought this model because it was counter depth. Really like that feature. Well organized and fairly spacious considering it is fewer cubic feet than the regular depth model. Would probably reconsider the ice/water in the door. Overall pleased with the workings and appearance.

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a nice modern appearance, making your home look great. It has large enough capacity to store family grocery. Function wise, it just do what the most refrigerators do. One thing I would like to point out is the moisture appears on the door which I do not like. But the machine has humidity control function which will eliminate the moisture. Not sure if other french door refrigerator also does this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roomy Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as big as my last refrigerator, but has a roomy freezer. The doors don't close well. You have to make sure you close the left door first. I have the alarm on all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the ice machine. Every time it is used, the last pieces of ice fall on the outer edge of the cup sending the ice on the floor.

It's definitely not frost free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I said it's not frost free. WE have had 2 service calls for the freezer frosting over.The frog is less than 2 months old. First service call the doors were calked. Where's the QC?????? I should have bought a GE.

Microwave function dropped dead

Bought in 2010, but for a summer vacation home where it gets light use for only two months a year, so its actual age at death last Fall was about 14 months at most. We were going to call our excellent repairman but, according to the reviews, the problem is most likely the magnetron and a replacement will also fail in a short time, so we'll have to spring for purchase and installation of new micro-convection, which very definitely will NOT be a Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
