Other than the noise, I'm satisfied with it. It keeps my food frozen ok. I haven't had to adjust the controls.

We bought this when our old freezer went dead. It holds all of our Costco sized bags of frozen food but not too much that we lose it in the back. We have had it for 6 months and it works fine and is kept in our garage were it got VERY hot in Southern VA.
