EXCELLENT FREEZER

We had a large not self defrosting freezer for 18 years. It still worked but we were tired of defrosting it and it was not keeping ice cream hard. Buying a product made in the US was important to us and learned GE was the only company making appliances in the US. We have been using our new freezer for about six months and it has performed well. It keeps everything very cold and hard. The layout of the freezer is good and the pull out drawer is a nice feature. The freezer has an outstanding seal which keeps it air tight. It is quiet compared to our prior freezer. We are extremely happy with it!

Perfect size

We also like the G.E. quality so that was a big deciding factor. It is very nice, fits perfectly in the space and I really like the exterior & interior design.

Good buy, tons of room

Bought this as a replacement for a 12 year old GE that wasn't frost free. This has a lots more room and an interior light which is a great since the freezer is in the garage.

We love our freezer

We just moved across country to a new home. We missed having a separate freezer.It was one of our first big purchases. We love it. We are able to stock up at sales. We can keep stocked up on meat now. It's great to just go to the freezer to get some-thing for dinner.

I have a GE side by side and it did not have enough freezer room for us. After researching many upright freezers and reading comments from buyers about their product and the responses they received from customer support, we decided on this freezer. It has an alarm and a lock if you need it, plus an outside temperature that is quite readable. One feature I like are the bookends and the slide out basket on the bottom. It is in the garage and very quiet. We have had it about a month and no problems thus far. Holds a lot of food. It was a good price and the store delivered it promptly and on time. Very pleased with that service.
