This product works well. I have sensitive skin and after a couple of uses, my skin adapted. The only problem I had was that it tends not to get all of my mustache. It is very good for the price. I do recommend this product.

I have used Norelco razors for years and this new one does a very nice job of cutting but what i like the most is the ability to wash out the heads with water and how long the battery stays strong.
Pros: long battery life

I bought this for my father and he has shown me that the product cuts his face. This product is supposed to be able to be used on some facial hair but if he doesn't shave every day/two, it pulls and cuts. Not happy.
Cons: cuts dad's face

Truly a great product. I especially like the fast recharge time of this 4100 model. I travel a moderate amount of the time, and thus the only issue I have is I wish a travel case was included, or listed clearer as an available option.

shaves good, but if the charge runs out, you cannot finish shaving while the cord is plugged in. This is not very convenient.
Pros: shaves good while charged.
Cons: cannot be used while plugged in and charging.

no better than my old shaver of 12 years. One advantage is I can wet shave?

I should have maybe gotten a upper level model. I did not need a new shaver, but thought the new one would be lots better, not so. Other than the fact I can wet shave, which of course is nicer to the face, I have not found it that much better.
Pros: wet shave light
Cons: just not that greatas i assumed it to be
