I have used this razor model for many years (in fact I have had at least four of them, including the new one I have in my closet, waiting for the next failure!) Shaves better than any other electric razor I have tried, including more expensive Norelcos. Heads need to be replaced at least once a year. Unfortunately, the on / off switch will probably fail sooner or later (hopefully withing the 2-year warranty).

Great shaver, but disappointing lack of case

This is an excellent shaver. I'm a devoted Norelco user, but I was really shocked and disappointed when it arrived without a zipper case to protect it during travel. This was an expensive device and it should come with a protective case as did the many every other Norelco I have bought over the years.

Its slick, smooth ..close shave, and I have ruff legs, makes my skin soft. I have shaved 8 times already on my legs- which can take awhile, still havent had to charge it ! I love it
