Great with long lasting battery

I have used it for 2 years. It offers great value for money, has long lasting battery and you can use it while taking shower! It could cut a little bit closer to the skin, but still is great. Good for home travel use.

This product has battery indicator which in my opinion is very important if you need to be sure you can use product at any time you wish - i.e. like shaver

I am very satisfied with this product due to long battery operation and easy cleaning.
Shaver doe not harm skin, and smooth move on face.
Pros: battery working time, easy of operation, possibilty to wash in water

good and bad features

Having pictures instead of written statements are not very good, cleaning is difficult for older men stripping the head to clean and putting back together, again know statement how is the best for a older person for carrying this out, none of this realised before purchase.

The shaver is not as good as I expected.

I have been buying and using Philips/Norelco since 1958.
The shave I now get with this new AT920 shaver is not as close as the shave I got with my old 7737X when it was new. But I do get a closer shave with the new AT920 than I did with new blades in my old 7737X shaver.
The AT920 does not shave as close as I had hoped, especially the neck area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unable to charge upon opening package

Bought this shaver about 2 years ago. Put it aside and forgot about it until last weekend when the shaver I have been using died. Congratulated myself for having a brand newT893 as unable to go shopping during this COVID 19 lock down. The brand new unit
did not power on. Tried to charge it, indicator light didn't go on. Left it on charger for more than 24 hours, still not charging. Tested the charger with voltmeter, charger OK. Obviously battery died. Unfortunately, don't have a receipt for warranty claim, my fault. Hate to throw away a brand new, still in original packing shaver away. I am just one of the unlucky guys to have bought a Philip's shaver with faulty battery.
