Like the design, my last one was broken in my luggage during air travel. This one is much sturdier. Functions well and comes with a new set of blades.
Cons: case is backwards for right handed people.

rotary heads with double blade works better then vibrating kind, my previous tool I have discarded because of battery problem. I know it could run forever, if battery could be serviced

A low quality unit vs. previous Norelco razors I have purchased and used. I would spend slightly more and buy a better unit in the future!

I have used Norelco shavers for 30 + years, their performance is always great, I have passed them down to my sons and they continue to use them we have one that is 15 years old and it still holds a charge, they just replace the rotary blades..
Pros: holds a long charge
Cons: just a little noisy

Been a razor guy for decades, so when I received my Phillips for Christmas, I was skeptical.
A bit of an adjustment period, as my neck adapted, and I learned to stretch the skin (like it says in the users manual, duh) but all is well.

I have very sensitive skin. Blade shaving always caused nicks and bleeding. After using my new shaver, I will never go back to using a blade!
