My only concern is that the shaving heads seem to lose their sharpness quickly. I have to replace them about every 6 months.

have only used the product a short time so far the shave seems close enough and the skin feels smooth seems to hold a charge fits well in the hand quiet and light my previous shaver was a Philips also It finally died had it for many years hope this lasts that long

My only glitch with this razor is when I clean it the heads pop off the body. For some reason where the heads are hinged to the body, that 'lock' is a bit weak. About once a week the heads pop off. I put it back together and it seems to click into place but it happens again. This is not enough of a distraction that I would return it but you might want to have your design people look into it. Thanks

Razor does not pull or pinch like others I've used. It glides smoothly over my face. It gives the closest shave of any electric razor I've ever used. It is very easy to clean after use.

I purchased this product as I recently have been placed on a blood thinner. If you have ever been on a blood thinner and cut yourself, or nicked your face with a traditional razor, you how hard it is to stop the bleeding. After a several nicks, I decided to take the plunge to an electric shaver. At first I was skeptical since the first few shaves were not as close as I would have liked. However, after a couple of weeks my skin became more accustomed to the shaver and my shave now is as close as it was with the traditional razor, and without the nicks and bleeding. I'm sold on this product and will continue using it even after I am taken off the blood thinner.
Pros: easy to use, love being able to use it with gel shaving cream, close shave
Cons: not one
