From the initial battery charge, where I got more than 17 excellent, clean shaves on that first charge, I am absolutely happy with this purchase. Having been a Norelco razor user for over 50 years, this one is super.

I've owned several Philips electric shaver in my shaving life. I am a bit disappointed to the performance of it. Although its lighter and quieter but it does not provide a close shave.
Cons: not close shave

I love the closeness of the shave. The design of the shaver is easy to hold and use. This is the third Phillips product I have owned and this far surpasses the other two. It was cheaper to buy this unit than two sets of blades for the old one.
