The instructions tell you to clean it after each use. To get the cut whiskers out of the head you must turn it so the top (where the blades are) is face down to let the whiskers fall out. Using the small brush provided, with the head facing down, the brush hits the small plastic mechanism which holds everything in place and releases all the cutters and everything falls out. This has happened 3 times to me already.
The mechanism to hold everything in place needs to be re-engineered to not move with the swipe of the small brush.

Philips Norelco wet and dry razor AT880/44 has it all. DualPrecision heads SmartPivot heads with Aquatec wet and dry and Pop-up trimmer. It sometimes comes with extra razor heads. My Husband will not use no other brand. He has a thick beard that comes off great with this razor. He recommends it to all his friends and family.
Pros: great product with great features
