After some 8 years, it was time to put my old Norelco to pasture. I looked at the many razor's on the market today and after it all, i ended up coming back to Norelco. I have owned my AT880 now for three weeks and what a great razor. I did not think it was possible to improve upon my previous razor, but this was a nice upgrade. Get one and experience the satisfaction for yourself.
Pros: quite, large resevior, nice travel case, very smooth and close shave
Cons: case needs a way to include power, usb travel cord

It is really slow cutting, takes twice as long as my prior razor, not a rotary, that it replaced. The other razor also had a much closer shave. These are really critical reasons for using an electric.
Like how easy it is to clean it under the faucet. Nice grip for the hand. Much quieter than the razor it replaced, but at cost of speed and closeness of shave.
Replacement blades are a tad expensive.
Pros: easy to clean
Cons: too slow; not close shave

This is my 4th-5th-6th (lost count over the last 50 years) Norelco electric razor - first corded and then cordless - always a great product.
Pros: light, easy to use, shaves close, cleans easily, easy to change blades, good battery life, comfortable in the hand and on the face, good product life

The razor with the new shaver heads are a great improvement over what you have had in the last 30 years. They do a much better job than in the past. They do not need to be cleaned as often as in the past designed heads.
