I don't have a heavy beard and have used electric razors since I was 19 years old. I can honestly say this is the best designed razor and its performance is absolutely fantastic. After my first shave using the Phillips shaver, my skin was as smooth as a baby's bottom!
Pros: performance second to none!
Cons: can't think of one!

I have been using Norelco shavers for a long time. By far this is the best shaver yet.
As soon as I took it out of the box I turned it on and shaved with it.
During the shave it was smooth on the face, and when I finished my shave I had a close and smooth fell to my face.
To me there was no break in period with this razor as with the others I have used for many years.

Overall the shaver is a good product. Has given me a nice shave over the couple of months that I have had it. Does not seem as powerful as my old Norelco. I also dread the cleaning the cutters. Despite being able to wash them, I hate the way the cutters are designed and the difficulty in replacing them.
Pros: closeness of shave
Cons: replacing the cutters

I like this version of the shaver better than the more expensive versions because of the ease of grip and depth of the head. I like the deeper, thicker head. My one complaint is that the on/off switch is too sensitive. It will turn off as I am using the razor.
Pros: like the head on the razor.
Cons: the on/off switch is too sensitive.

I was somewhat disappointed in the performance of the product regarding the closeness of the shave. My older speed razor seemed to give a closer shave.
Pros: lithium ion battery, fast recharging, long battery life
Cons: length of time to shave. takes repeated passes
