If you do not require the smooth shave of a safety razor, this is an excellent substitute. It is easy to use, not irritating, and seems to have good battery life. This is what I use when I get up early and just want to get going, or on weekends. However, it leaves a stubble that becomes noticeable in the afternoon. I use a blade on long days and special occasions. This is, however, a better shave than previous electric razors I have used.
It says its made in origenal place of manufacture, it feels filmsy and has no charge indicater, I have had several and the one before this fel apart as I was shaving, (China!) But they are better than the rest out there! Thank You!
I've been using Phillips razors for many years and have really enjoyed the move to 'wet' razors. I use cold water which isn't optimum, I'm sure, but I don't want to waste water everyday waiting for hot water to run. The razor holds a charge well, gives a close shave, sells at a reasonable price, and is robust. I'm all in!
