This product has some very good features but also has problems.

I liked all the features and design of this product. The big problem is the heads have to be sharpened after every use.

This is so easy to use and so quiet.
But it feels like it has no power but because it's so quiet.
Not bad for a thick beard or mustache.
You have to run it again twice in the same place or 3 times or four times.
Feels great on skin because it doesn't give that rash feeling.

The whole shaver head came apart and I couldn't get it back together to work. Would like a replacement as this gift was less than a year old.
