I've been using this model for 8-9 years now and loved it so much to order a new one this year. The blades are easily replaced when needed (3-4 years of use for me) and the design makes this one comfortable in the hand, as well as on your face.
Although I rate this a 5-star and am very satisfied with this product, I'd like to see Norelco return two functions from previous models. First, the capability of using it as a "corded" shaver to compliment the (primary) cordless feature. Second, an LED scale (percentage) as to amount of battery remaining before another charge is required.

I have tried other shavers over the years, but keep coming back to the Norelco. My old Norelco, probably over 10 years old, was dying and I needed another shaver. My wife bought me this shaver for Christmas and I have used it quite a bit. I alternate between a blade and my Norelco and while the Norelco still does not give me as close a shave as a blade, I really like having the option of using this great electric razor. I would indeed highly recommend this, or any other Norelco Philips razor to anyone who thinks they might like an electric shaver.
Pros: convenient, gives a great shave, feels great in your hand
Cons: not quite as close as a blade shave

I've only used this shaver for a couple of months, but thus far it's a good product. Easy to use and maintain. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a protective traveling case.
