As a senior citizen I have been using Philips shavers for many years and have enjoyed the features of the various models I have purchased, which is why I have always purchased Philips Norelco shavers as the need warranted. It also means that I will be a user of Philips shavers as long as I need to shave every morning !.

I HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW AND IT HAS PERFORMED WELL. THE ONE DISADVANTAGE IS THAT IT WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE POWER CORD IS PLUGGED IN. NOT A HORRIBLE PROBLEM, BUT MY PAST NORELCO ELECTRIC SHAVERS DID OPERATE WHEN THE CORD WAS PLUGGED IN.

I have used Philips shavers since 1990, this one gives me the best shave yet, I just hope it will last as long as the first three I've had, this one is made in China, that is a first.
Pros: close shave wet or dry, has latest battery technology
Cons: charging cord is very stiff, made in china

This razor has amazing battery life-easily one week per charge. The shave is truly almost as close as a manual razor blade. It is money well spent and I'm glad I made this purchase.
Pros: very close shave, worth the price tag, long battery life, ergonomic handhold
Cons: trimmer is not great (it is o.k.), not for manscaping

I've had the pleasure of useing the Norelco shaver since high school.
During my milatary stay I had to uses a strate blade an all it's hazared tring to use it.

But soon as I could I went back to the shaver I was familler with an had to ajust to having a cordless shaver instead. I've been in places where 220 volts, was in uses, all I did was to get adapter for the plug an kept right on shaving.
While others had to get a small transformer for their shavers. The handle grips on the shavers made it compatible to shave even in a hurry to get to work..

So far so good. Close shave, rechargeable, don’t have to worry about water damage. For me, shaving with just a little shaving cream gives best results and is most comfortable, especially after a couple days of growth.
