Had to take this particular shaver back to store for an exchange on 09-10-2015. It would not charge at all. I exchanged it for same model number and hopefully, I should be very happy with it.
It is now charging as it should.
Pros: easy to use

Have used Phillips products for years. This shaver gives me the smooths shaves I have ever had. Previous shaves always had a little pull to the shave, because I have very heavy wiskers. This razor lets the wiskers glid through with no pull.

I was trying to think of any problems I had with this product as I was giving the stars. But could not come up with any problems in the month I have been using it. It has performed as expected and gives a close shave.
I have only dry shaved and this works very well. Also, seems to keep the charge a while.
Pros: close shave, holds charge

Not as good as the arcitec. Hard to get into tight places, ie nose and around ears. Not as close a shave either.
Pros: quiet and can use wet
Cons: not as close a shave, not as manuverable

Nice electric razor, quick recharge time AND I can use it in the shower. Gives a nice close and comfortable wet shave. I would definitely recommend this shaver
