This is by far the best electric I've ever owned, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade.

I purchased the shaver to avoid razor burn and cuts when using a traditional blade system. Can not get a close shave and approximately one hour after use it looks like I have not shaved for the day. I have no complaints with previous Phillips Norelco products purchased prior to this one. I should have contacted Phillips Norelco and requested to return the shaver within the trial period.
Pros: good price
Cons: does not shave close enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using Norelco shavers for years and am quite satisified. This model is inexpensive, fast charging and easy to use. The only con I have is the plastic cover falls off a lot, it should be made to snap on tighter.
I bought a new Norelco because the old Norelco I had was several decades old and needed new heads. New model had more features plus still had all of the features of the old one. It is nice to have bought something that has lasted and lasted and lasted.
