As with all Norelcos, this shaver gives an extremely smooth shave (wet or dry) which is also close. It is easy to maneuver and permits good control of sideburns. Given its excellent quality, its price is more than reasonable.

Nice looking, but poor shaver

Shaver handles well and looks good, but cannot even clear a stubble. I went back to my razor blade. I otherwise respect Philips brand and have purchased other Philips products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Close shave is awesome

The close "Baby face" shave is what I like with out cutting my neckof chin, which I can frequently do with a straing blade.

After using the shaver for a few weeks, I'm very happy with it. I bought it to replace another Philips Norelco shaver I had for many years, and I'm hoping this one lasts as long. I've only used it as a dry shaver, so I can't speak to how well it works in the shower, but it has done a great job of giving me a close shave without any razor burn. It charges quickly, and the charge lasts a long time (I've only had to do the initial charge since I bought it a month ago).
Pros: provides a close shave, good shaver at a reasonable price
Cons: off switch can be easy to press accidentally

best electric razor shave ever

I have used a number of dry shavers over the years and was never completely satisfied with the shave. Used the shaver with Gel shaving cream and it gave me a great shave - as good as with a razor without nicks and cuts to worry about. Easy to clean - just rinse it under water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I get a closer shave. It charges fast and holds a charge a long time. It's great to be able to rinse out the head. Looks good and handles fine.
