Larger brush won’t lock into place

The problem is that the large brush doesn’t lock in place, so it just falls out and can’t be used. The smaller brush does lock so I don’t know why the bigger one doesn’t.

Bought three of these. Purchased from three different stores. Had to take each one back because the larger barrel would not lock. I thought it was me, but it is the tool. Poorly made Lot?

I have had two of these styling dryers in the past and have never had a problem changing the barrels. This one I received yesterday is impossible to lock into place. I will be returning it. Based on the reviews I’ve read, this is an ongoing problem. What a shame, this used to be a great product.

Smooth, shiny and bouncy hair!

I love this styler! My hair is so smooth, bouncy and shiny! It works perfectly on my short hair. I called Conair when I couldn’t get the larger attachment to lock, and the rep said to put more force and turn it harder- and just like that it was locked in place! Now the reason for my four star rating : Some of the bristle tufts on the 1” attachment have come out after two uses. The whole tufts came out not just “hairs”and now there are two holes. I cannot find a replacement anywhere, and I find that very unfortunate. I wonder if more will come out with repeated use and I’ll have to buy a new styler. I do use both attachments. I’ve combed the net and found nothing. So Conair, if there is a replacement 1” attachment please tell me where to purchase it because it’s not on your website, and of all places I would think that’s where it should be. If one isn’t available, then it should be.

Durable and creates nice styles

I have owned this brush for 12 years. It is durable and it is easy to style my hair. You do have to blow dry your hair so it is mostly dry before styling with the brush.
I would recommend this to a friend!
