Versatility goes right out the window when you can’t change the brushes. Instructions don’t cover that. I finally jammed it in hurting my hand in the process.

I am very unhappy because the product has not improved the way the base of the brushes fit into the base electrical unit’ This was a gift. I would not have purchased it because the previous two I had, had the same difficulty!
The second thing I dislike is that my hair catches at the base of where the brush connects with base. There is no way to remove the hair because it is caught too tightly!

Bought this to replace an old hot airbrush exactly like this but gold bought 10 years ago. Someone borrowed it and never gave it back. The new product is WAY more cheaply made. Doesn't dry like the older item, doesn't get hot or blow air like the other item did. Astronomical difference between the two. Disappointed in Conair. Very disappointed.

On the plus side, the large plastic curling tool is excellent in that it really grabs and holds your hair but doesn't get entangled. And it creates nice-sized curls. On the minus side, the small, soft-bristled brush is useless for creating curls if you have thick hair. The temperature isn't hot enough, so it takes a long time to style your hair unless it's very thin. I'd recommend it if it featured a higher temp.
