Battery failed almost immediately

I am very disappointed in this actually took chucks out of my hair I had to wear a hat for 3 weeks. I can not use this again.

I just got the kit 3 days ago and put in yo use today. I am greatly disappointed. After 10 minutes of cutting my hair and looking in mirrors, it was uneven. (followin the instructions) I Had my wife cut my hair for another 15 minutes. The results were still disappointing.

I first bought this about a year ago. It was easy to use especially with shorter hair. After several uses it failed to hold a charge. I contacted the company and they replaced it and so far it has worked well.

I was skeptical about buying this hair cut kit but with the covid disease I wanted to restrict my having to go out so I bought it and I have to say it works the first time you use it you can see the more you use it the better you will get with it; if you like short hair this kit can cut your hair use it twice and you have saved your money back
