Look, Ma, I Made a Wall!

I use the virtual walls to keep Rosie in one or two rooms, or to even create a "room" by erecting walls and splitting a room. I just set them to the proper width (usually only 3 feet is required) and let Rosie go. The walls turn themselves off. I have been using them at least once a week for two months and the batteries are still good! I do wish they were programmable, but I knew they weren't when I bought Rosie. They do exactly what I read they would do. No major complaints whatsoever.
Pros: Discreet, Easy, Long-lasting
Cons: Non-programmable
I would recommend this to a friend!

The description implies that this virtual wall works only with the 500 series; however, I have a Roomba model 435 and they work great with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
