This product really makes your waist sweat and holds it in, I can go grocery shopping with it on and see results after a week.

WONDER WAIST BAND!! I have purchased this product after a major accident and was released from the physicians. As a result of the accident my muscles from my waist line were cut from and above left leg side around to right leg and up my right side. This waist band has help decrease my scare in appearance as well as helped to support muscles and trim my waist back. It is very comfortable to wear. I love it!

put it on before you work out after when you take it off you a lot of sweat falls out and after a while you will see a difference. It only burns fat when your doing a real work out that you sweat and get hot, not for just walking around the house you have to sweat for it to help.

I read some of the reviews before I bought this but decided to give it a try anyway. I am glad I did. The box my belt came in looked just like the one in the photo and I could not be happier with it. I have had it for about 6 months now and it shows no signs of wear, it looks just like it did when I took it out of the box. I use this when I ride my Schwinn Airdyne which I ride about 4 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes. It only took me one use to realize I need to be standing in the shower when I take this belt off. There is so much sweat when I take it off it drips all over so need to stand in the tub or shower whn I remove it. This belt has been a great tool for me as I work on reducing my tummy fat.

It has been great thus far because I read some reviews of it ripping but I have not experienced that. I hope it produces some results however it definitely makes you sweat in that area unlike I have ever when working out so it should be assisting some with my weight loss. Good Luck!
