This product is probably worth the cost.

It is still early in its use. It is very quiet. I recommend scraping the crusty stuff off of everything before going into the dish washer. I also recommend using the heated dry. If you don't you will have to dry your items by hand. This will happen even after your items have been sitting in the dish washer overnight. I have not tried the steam setting nor just using the top washer. I think this washer will save water and electricity, although it takes 2 hours for one wash. You have to run your water at the sink until it becomes hot before starting your dish washer.

Low cost, feature rich but not durable

Bought this at the end of 2010 (Dec) and it worked beautifully with no issues whatsoever, till April 2014.
Then it just died. Turns out that something in the main motor/sealed unit broke. It was out of warranty but since I have appliance insurance, they changed the entire motor/sealed unit and now it is back working as well as before. If I did not have that insurance or any other extended warranty instead then I would have had to replace by dishwasher after just 3.5 years. That is definitely not value for money hence the low rating on quality.

I am currently contemplating during your company for damages to my floor . Take responsibility for what you sell or stop selling them .

The machine is so quiet to a level that sometimes I mistaken it was on off mode when indeed it’s running a cycle. One function I was hoping to use was steam dry. I’m not sure whether I miss it or it’s not included in the model I purchased. Extra dry option does the job tho.
