Yes, I would buy this product again

We have 7 TV's on our boat and there is a Tripp Ilte hooked up to each one. Once you set them up the first time there is nothing else to do. The unit seamlessly runs our equipment when switching from shore to generator power w/o interruption. I did need help with one question and the help line solved my question quickly. I would never be without one.

This replaced a UPS on our phone system (pretty important piece of equipment) that began to intermittently go out. Shipping was fast, setup was easy. I guess the real test will be 10 years down the road!

I am giving the SmartPro 120V 500VA 300W UPS 4 stars out of 5 instead of 5 because of the DB9 interface. The network card option would be a good idea only if it were more cost effective. Other than the user interface the UPS is quite and an awesome buy for home or small business.

Really like being able to get information from the unit, as far as load, battery life, run time, etc. Sure is better than having to measure these things yourself, or guessing at it. Have several other SmartPro UPSs and haven't had a problem with any of them.

Replaced 1U SchniederAPC with this model. So far, so good. It would've earned 5 stars if all six outputs were switchable, sadly only 1 outlet is switchable between on/off, to remote kill power. Good little UPS for the money, would have been much better if all outputs were switchable.
