Best thing that ever happened to my business!

I didn't have to do anything except get it out of the box and plug it in! It worked like a charm from the very first day. The print quality is gorgeous and client presentations look very impressive. I wish I had bought the model with the extra paper tray. It never jams and it communicates beautifully with my computer. I always know exactly how much ink is left in every cartridge. It's like hiring the perfect employee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Color Laser Printer

The print quality is excellent. The colors are bright and vibrant. The speed is outstanding for a color laser printer.
A copy of a color document copied on this machine is virtually identical to the original. I expected some degradation of the colors on the copy. It didn't happen.
I love this unit because it is so complete. It scans, copies, faxes, and prints, all in beautiful, full color. It supports PostScript printing and PCL6 direct printer commands. I write custom software and PCL6 was an absolute MUST for me. It seems to have it all!
The printer drivers, so far, have worked with every software package I use, including Corel Paint, MS Word, Corel WordPerfect, Excel, and others.
However, there is one important caution. If your computer is not very new, you will probably have to update your computer BIOS and/or system level drivers for your USB ports. If not, your computer may crash every time you plug in your printer. Updating system level drivers is not easy, either, especially if you don't know how to do it. I have many years of experience with computers and it took me several hours to solve the problem, find the drivers on the internet, and figure out how to get them to replace the existing drivers on my computer. I would suggest that you will want a professional to do this for you if you have little or no experience with system level updates.
That said, I love my Samsung CLX-6210FX! I'm like a kid in a candy store trying to think up ways to try it out!! I cannot see how you might be unhappy with this unit once you got it up and working.
