Product does not perform as expected for a GE item.

I followed instructions for stacking. Never once was the detergent cup emptied. At the end of the wash cycles, there is always at least 1/2 of the recommended brand detergent still in the cup, no matter the cycle chosen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
