Complete Failure

Beverge Center is less than 7 months old and has already failed miserably. The unit failed to maintain tempature and finally quit all together. In retrieving a beverage from the unit, I observed the interior tempature to be 78 degrees F. I checked all the setting and doubled checked the thermostat to insure it was set at the correct temperature. in checking the back of the unit to insure it was still plugged in, I found the small black tank I am guessing the compressor, to be extremely warm to the touch. I immediatley unplugged the unit fearing it may cause an electrical fire. I will be contacting GE to give them the opportunity to correct this issue. I have always purchased GE products and have always been extremely satisfied with no problems or issues. This just may have been a lemon.

Great looking product - good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product looks great in my new kitchen and it's a good value for the price but it has a very annoying sound that can be loud at nights when all is quiet. For that reason and for that reason only, I would have returned the product had I opened it and tried it sooner but I had to wait until the contractors were ready with the built in cabinet.

Great little cooler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have very much liked our new little beverage cooler. Was concerned a little about the heat generated being built into an island but so far everything is good and its worked out really well! Especially like the ease of setting the temps and how the unit reacts when set. We are very happy so far with our first GE appliance ever!

All you need

2-month review-Everything you need in one fridge, through door water and ice, lots of freezer room pull out freezer draw is nice, and the ice maker doesnt have the bulky box in the fridge, the lights are bright and well done. Only complaint is those self fill k-cups dont work with gizmo you place the cups in. Overall pretty perfect unit, does all we need and was a great price.
