This printer is working well. My only complaint is that I have to go in and change the page size as opposed to being able to just insert the smaller page (for a 1/2 page doc) and have the printer just print. It wants to print on the second half of the page instead of the top half which is annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought my Brother, All-In-One, wireless, several months ago and am very pleased with its performance. Needed help setting up the machine and Brother's support was outstanding.

Software Installation Failed

I bought the printer because it was priced right. The installation of the software to run the printer failed to install properly on my computer. I called Brother Customer Service but they very quickly told me that I must have a problem with my computer (they were probably right) but they weren't able or interested in helping me to solve my problem.
So I returned the printer to the store, and went back to using my old Brother printer. It works fine.

I was looking for a reliable copier, printer, fax which had good value and was reliable and produced good quality images. I found this all. It is quite versatile and I have been happy with it for the last half year.
