Excellent Printer

This was donated to me by one of my parents and I have been very happy with it. There is some problems with duplex printing. It will get jammed easily. The mechanism isn't as good as the Brother laser printer, but for the quality of the color prints and the efficiency of being able to print papers on the fly, I'm very happy. I am hoping to upgrade to a color laser for next school year. I think for home or small print jobs it is a great printer. Well worth the price.

Good printer but sometimes paper gets stuck more often than i would like.but would recommend it and in fact bought an upgraded model for another location and the good thing about it that both printers use the same ink.

I like that you can change the ink cartridges individually, double-sided printing is easy, there is a document feeder, and there is a thing to stop the paper on the paper tray, all of which my previous printer did not have. The printing and scanning quality are fine.

I LOVE my new printer. I don't have to change the paper around for two sided printing. I had no idea that I was getting such a super printer. I'm glad i got this on

This is my second one of this model; the first one died after 2 years of normal, household use! It's an ok printer. The printing is not as detailed as my HP used to be, but then, it doesn't use as much ink. This second unit is very temperamental, and has to be unplugged and plugged in again, every time the modem is unplugged which is every night as we shut off the WiFi when we go to bed. Not sure if I would get it again?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Solid Printer

The only weak point of this printer is printing photos from glossy photo paper. I haven't tried other brands but the brand I use always jams. The fax/scanner/copier work great. The copies are reasonably clear for the price of this printer. I also find that it can print envelopes without jamming. Overall I would recommend this printer for home use.
