I had other printers and had some problems with them all. This one is the best one I own (I own two of them) It is easy to set up and use. good on ink.

So Far So Good

The printer is not getting heavy use so I only gave it four stars. I have used the fax twice, the scanner twice, the copier about six times and printed perhaps a dozen short documents. The print quality is fine. It has all the features I will ever use. I hope to be able to give it five stars in about three months after more use.

This is the best all-in-one I have ever bought especially for the price. You can not go wrong. It was easy to install and has performed flawlessly. The color is great and the speed is very good. If you are considering it -- go for it.

Some of the feature are hard to under stand for as faxing and some of the instruction. Some of the idea that are send through email you can not read. Over all the machine is great.

Good Printer for the Price

The printer works well for the paperwork I need, although I have had more paoer jamming problems than I have had with any other printer that I have ever owned. The jamming issue is aggrevating otherwise would have given it a higher rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brother MFC-J475DW Printer - A Good One

After owning 2 Canon inkjet printers in the last few years (one with a major factory-made defect!), I found this printer to be much faster at just about everything it does than both Canons.
The paper tray is a bit flimsy however but works just fine.
But all in all, this Brother printer does what I want it to do and at a great price. Can't speak to its longevity yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
