I returned another Brand I won't mention and chose this AIO product . Perfect for my needs and easy to work with. Very Happy with this printer. Best I've had so far and same make we use in our office.

Very good printer for exceptional low price

I bought this all in one printer in Best Buy because my all hp was broken. I decided to try a different brand because I was upset with hp ink costs. I saw this model with a great price and good looking so i purchased 6 months ago. So far is working perfect and seems very lows ink used. I am glad

unhappy with customer service

I enjoyed my printer while it worked. My computers were upgraded, the link between the computer and the printers no longer are linked. I attempted to work with your customer service group with no luck. I eventually requested a copy of the set up disk and instructions to start over. your customer service department kept forwarding me. I was disconneted once, the second time I was on hold for 46 minutes and then disconnected. I have not called back since. however, I will need to do so soon and would like to know that i will receive better customer care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is my second brother printer . I have had several other all in one printers before and brother fills all my needs . I found that if it doesn't do what I need its because I didn't read the directions right.

Replaced my Epson because it wasn't reliable. I wanted something that would work when I wanted it to. The MFC-J475DW fit the bill. Works well and is not a ink pig. So far I will continue to purchase Brother Products.

Cheaper than buying new cartridges

Could not pass up this printer. Was cheaper than buying new ink for a HP printer. Seems to work well. wifi hook up very easy.
