of all the printers I have had this brother (MFC-J475DW) is far better and easier to set up use and enjoy than cannon , hp, models with all services ,eax,copy scan print and use of Wi-Fi this one connected almost by it self size is better smaller quieter self cleaning dose it all so glad I found it with the help of my neighbor who has an earlier model and said he loved it .So if you are in the market for your own new printer please consider this one or check out other BROTHER printers that fit your needs

Very Good low cost All-in-One

We have purchased inexpensive All-in-One printers from all the major brands, and this has certainly been the best for reliability. It was easy to install and learn how to use. It produces quality copies and is does so quickly for the price. I would definitely purchase this model All-in-One printer again.

One problem

My former Brother printer could be easily switched from letter size paper to 4x6 photo paper. The paper tray would hold both sizes along side each other. This printer fails to do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Purchase

Copies come out real nice. Directions are easy to follow to changing the cartridge. You don't need to replace the color cartridges if you use a lot of the black and white cartridge. Brother tech supports were real good and supportive at helping me connect my printed.

This product has out performed my expectations. It can handle everything I need and is very compact yet worthy. I am very pleased with the quality and performance.

Good replacement for my sick older Brother MFC

Following a a power surge, and then change in OS on computer, my older MFC could not be found when trying to use it. I shopped other brands, then was pleased that I found this unit at a good price. I enjoy the wireless connectivity and easy setup.
