Love the printer

Instructions need detailed instructions/clarifications.
Your outsource people told me they don't support Google Print.
I do not want to have to rely on Microsoft to print to your printer.

when ink has out on yellow, would not print and could not override...poor design.had to use other methods to print.call brother, sent the wrong color,,,still waiting for proper one 10 days later.

Worst printer I have ever used. I have had it for about 6 months and have cursed it from day one. It grabs more than one sheet at a time, starts to print on about 3 different sheets and spits out completely blank pages. I have wasted so much paper with this printer! I ordered a new one today and it is a totally different brand! Would not buy another Brother.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had previous Brother products and went away from them for one reason or another. When I stopped at a new ink supply house they had this printer on sale and I picked one up. I have been extremely pleased with everything about this machine. The price, the ergonomics, the performance, the product quality, and the ink usage.
I will be sticking with Brother from now on and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only had the machine for about a month, so it is a little early to assess it. So far, it seems like a great machine. I have not used all of its services yet.

INCREDIBLY FUSTRATING!!

Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall and update every time I want to print something!!
BUT.. The most irritating part is you cannot perform any of the printers functions if you have low ink levels...even if the function does not require the ink!!!!!!!
I will be throwing this stupid thing in the trash next time on of the overpriced ink cartridges runs out, which shouldn't be long because they last for about three pages worth of printing each!!!
NEVERY BUYING A BROTHER PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!

Within a few months I had trouble with the printer. The print was a very poor quality. I followed the directions in the manual, and when that failed, I did as suggested and called the toll free number. The tech person took me through mulltiple cleanings which I had already done. The cartridge that I had put in A few weeks earlier was being used up very fast. The solution was that I would be sent a new cartridge and should continue cleaning until it was normal. I'm still cleaning, doing test sheets, watching my ink run out and seeing no improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had the printer for about 5 days with no problems. Have used it to scan and print. Print quality is very good and quick. This is my 3rd Brother printer. The first two are the reason I bought another Brother product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
