All In One printer

The first printer I bought and used for 5 years worked fine until it constantly jammed. So I bought a newer model with the same results. I exchanged it for a 2nd identical printer and had exactly the same problem: constant jams and sometimes 3 sheets for one sheet of text. One page had the top 1 or 2 lines, the 2nd sheet had the rest of the page and the 3rd sheet was blank.
I returened all the units and now have an Epson printer which which worked fine from the beginning.

Great printer. Very efficient and easy to use. I am still getting used to all the exceptional features. I regret not getting it sooner!

I am enjoying being able to two side print without having to flip over the paper by hand.
Did have a problem getting the WI-Fy to work at first but it caught on later.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I AM ENJOYING THE PRINTER. IT WAS VERY SIMPLE TO SET UP. DIRECTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW. TECH TELEPHONE SERVICE WAS GOOD. LONG INK CARTRIDGES ARE GREAT. DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE OFTEN. EASY TO USE FAX AND SCAN. ALSO I AM ABLE TO PRINT FROM MY SMARTPHONE WITHOUT A PROBLEM. ALL AROUND THE PRINTER IS A PLEASURE TO USE. THIS IS FAR BETTER THAN THE CANON PRINTER I HAD.

it's just a machine

haven't really been able to use full functions since I purchased this machine. Had to go on line twice for about an hour each time to be able to scan and print. Currently am not able to scan directly from the machine interface screen. I have to go to the pc and click on a desktop icon to open up the scan sequence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
