Reliable Printer that is easy to use

Easy to setup and use, Extra size ink cartridges seem to last very long even when printing in color - and they are a lot less expensive than competition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't be used with dogs in the house

This printer is flimsy but it's worst feature is that it emits a high pitched sound that makes our dog cry with pain. Unacceptable!

Do not buy

Does not work as advertised. I am an advanced user and find myself in front of the computer for hours trying to figure out why it disconnects and does not connect again with or without USB. Save yourself from a huge headache and look for another brand.

Didn't last long

Purchased this printer for occasional use only within 8 months message constantly says paper jam although there is no jam. Problem is it won't allow you to do anything until this invisible & mysterious the jam is cleared. Printer rendered useless after six months

Burns Through Ink - Constantly Jamming

This is perhaps the worst printer I've ever used. It burns through ink way too quickly (even with the high volume cartridges), and the ink cartridges are way too expensive. This thing constantly jams up, and won't let you get back to work after you've removed the paper. You have to work through the entire DE-jamming process. The on-board computer makes you go through all the steps, and you have to press a button after each step. A total hassle and waste.
The NFC printing option seems like a good idea, but it's difficult to connect and use properly. Honestly don't know if it's the phone or the printer that makes it complicated. But I don't have any problems using my phone, so...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer!

I use this printer to print the covers on my CD's and DVD's. It is awesome to have this feature! It also does a very good job printing my standard ink printing jobs such as designs for my T-shirts. A wonderful product for a one person, one at a time operation. It's very durable also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can’t print with one missing color
