Very Disappointed

Wireless connectivity is very problematic. Unlike wireless printers from other manufacturers, I have never been able to access the internet if I connect to this machine to print --- my router and cable modem, by the way, are "state of the art." The problem is limited to this machine, not those made by others. As to printing on CDs or DVDs, the feature is quite clumsy to use since there is not an independent and readily accessible tray. I would not recommend this machine to others.

clear print even for faxes

Keeps turning itself off.When I print remotely it is off and nothing gets stored in the que.

I returned this printer because it only printed in very light colors, not vivid or natural.

Excellent All-in-One Printer

The printer viewer is large enough and my 90 year old mother can use it without stress. Vew is clear and simple to understand and make good selections. It could use a better setup disc so I do not have to think when setting up--especially on linking to WiFi, etc. All in all, an excellent printer and happy I bought it.

Seems to work well - It does fine on black and white but color printing is not good. I do worry about the plastic paper tray - seems flimsy and cheap and am afraid it might break easily. Back prints are not the highest quality but are ok - think it is because it uses less ink. Would recommend it for someone doing a lot of black printing that does not need to be the highest quality but would not recommend it for anyone that wants color prints.

Was easy to setup except would not pick up the routers password when I did the automatic setup (WPS). Had to enter the router password manually.
The plastic parts seem to be light weight construction. Hope they hold up.
