This all in one printer, fax, scanner was easy to connect. It can be used to print from a PC, laptop, IPhone, IPad, etc. The print quality is very good. It also prints great photos on glossy photo stock paper. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and the price was very reasonable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Brother printer does everything I need it do and fulfills every need for my home office. It is relatively compact in size and doesn't take up lots of room on my desk, yet, it is at my fingertips. The fact that it copies, enlarges/reduces, scans and has fax capabilities is terrific. This "all-in-one" machine is ideal for me! In fact, I like it so much that I've already recommended and bought a second one for another family member!

love the wireless

I'm extremely satisfied with my printer, but especially the wireless printing. I've found the range is farther than I expected. My laptop is not near the printer, but in close proximity, I've had guests staying a week and have had to move my laptop to a completely different room, it still printed and I had not expected that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm not really satisfied with my purchase. I just wanted a wireless printer for printing in black ink. Color printing was not part of my purposes. Yet, I have to replace the color ink cartridges just so the printer will print in black and white.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

purchased 1 week ago, still can't get it setup. never had this much trouble with any printer before. can't believe it won't setup wired or wireless.

I am still waiting for a response to my Sept 01, and Sept 04 request for assistance from "Brother Solutions" As a result I returned my unit to Best Buy and they replaced it ---the Cyan print port would not load. Now I still have issues with the loading of photo paper--the instructions do not help me. Why did you change that? My photos came out with 1/2" vertical faint lines over all of the photo.

I can not to convey to you my disappointment with your so called "technical support" . The first person I tried to speak to could not understand me nor could I understand her. What she was asking to do was totally ridiculous. She asked me to unplug the printer and only use the 6 foot telephone cable that came with the printer. She said "it will only work with the cable it came with". I asked to speak with another tech, preferably an American. She told me no and hung up on me. I called back the other tech could not help me either. So I have a fancy printer but and can't use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
