The product continually broke down and was a huge disappointment. I will never buy another Brother product again! I hate to even give it 1 star

I was able to install the driver in one of
my computer with cd disk, but my new laptop
computer lacks cd player. I tried numerous
time to download without any success. The
Brother internet site would not let me download
the driver. I will call the Brother customer service
to see what can be done about my situation.
Why would you need a CD anymore to download
anything ?

It was good except that after I hooked it up to my computer after I went and turned everything off when I turned everything back on I couldn't print anymore. I had to make the printer wired.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer works great. it's fast and the output is clear. It's easily accessible from the home network.
There's a problem with the software, however. It keeps losing track of the port.

Doesn't work and horrible customer service

printer does not print correct colors. test page print is never right. contacted customer service and they are absolutely no help, they just tell you to do the same thing over and over again with no results. Ask them to do a warranty replacement and they said no. I strongly recommend using another brand.

I bought the combination printer, fax scanner, and copy machine. I have had one before and it lasted for years. I would still be using it but I needed to get a wireless machine. I highly recommend this product for its ease of use durability and low price.

It is so nice being able to print on DVD/CD. The duplex ability is also really nice to have.
