Perfect for our deck!!

We love relaxing on chilly nights since we can sit outside and there are no bugs. The fresh air is invigorating and we are toasty at the same time. Now we can enjoy our out door space for fall and spring!!

Liked it so much I bought 2 about a month part. The second one appeared to be used but I couldn't determine until I had most of it unpacked. Too difficult to repackage. The second one is the one that needs slight maintenance annually to clean the thermocoupler. No big deal.
Both work well and heat the space needed but not as large a space as I would like. I may need to increase the BTU's if I need to buy again.
A value for the price and I would recommend perhaps with the upgrade model.

I bought this patio heater for my porch at the start of winter. here in the PNW. I was very impressed with the design and ease of use. It was a cinch to put together out of the box. It is the fastest-lighting patio heater I have ever used. No issues whatsoever to light like many units on the market. It literally lit after the first push of the ignition button the first time out! Very satisfied and happy

One small problem. When attaching the head assembly to the upper post, the lock washers partially slid into the slotted holes in the upper post. I replaced those lock washers with some flat washers and lock washers I had. Your lock washers even flattened out, which I think is poor quality.

Just bought it a day before a patio party, last Wednesday 5/2/18. Assembly instructions were clear and helpful. The unit did an excellent job in keeping a big party of folks warmed. The only thing negative to say is that I called customer service four times. Each time a recording indicated that they were unavailable and would call me back within 24 hours. I am still waiting, though I don't need them anymore. Poor customer service if there is a problem.

I bought this heater when I realized the fragility of my first heater which had a glass tube which works well when one lives in a desert. But, in North Carolina with the rain and snow your heater is most effective and works well. Especially when we have our awning out when the warm air is blown beneath the awning where we have a table with a small fire pit.
