We purchased this online and were very pleased with the overall product and its ease of functioning! Our mechanic son assembled it and found it took a while.
We would recommend adding sand in the base prior to putting on the top of the stand vs. adding after assembly is complete. Adding Sand makes moving the unit around easier as it is balanced better.

Great Heater

The hammered bronze color looks very rich and fits in well with our Southwestern patio. Our Yuma winter evenings can get very cool. These heaters, I bought 2 from Sam's Club, definitely make a difference. We tried another brand quartz electric heater but it was less than adequate. Assembly instructions could be better written, but if you have any mechanical ability, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Product quality appears to be very good. Model number from Sam's Club is 61885.

Ordered two units from Amazon. Delivered as promised. Fairly easy to assemble, though the included wrench is not very good. Unit works as promised. I will be ordering one more for our patio.

Great Heater !

Received this heater as a Christmas Gift. Assembly time was as stated ...one hour and relatively easy. Photos on assembly were a little dark and hard to see. Overall it's well made and provides even heat.

Excellent Build Quality and Value

I bought a cheap patio heater at a local hardware supply and returned it, it was extremely cheap. This FireSense heater is built well for commercial use with a great value for our home. Easy to put together and very solid.

This is our first patio heater and so far I'm impressed! It took less than an hour to put together and ignited easily once we filled the gas line. We noticed heat within seconds. I am looking forward to trying it out on a chilly night!
