Great Patio Heater

This is my second patio heater. I bought this one because we used our first one so much it wore out (it was not the same one as this). I had seen this one at a friend's house and new I would like it because the finish is so nice. I purchased it at Target on sale. It was very easy to put together and none of the parts were missing, which is always a plus! It worked on the first attempt and puts out a lot of heat. We spend a lot of time on the patio all year long and will be using it a lot in the colder months. I am very satisfied with this product and will purchase from this company again. Thank you!

Hammer Tone Bronze Standard Series Patio Heater

I purchased this patio heater a week ago and I am very pleased with the heat it puts out. We can sit on the patio at night and enjoy ourselves even though it is now in the low 40's....I'm an outdoor person and value every additional hour I can sit on my patio.

Relatively Easy to Assemble

Winter's coming, but I still like having my coffee outdoors. So I splurged on this Fire Sense Propane Patio Heater. It was delivered to the door which made assembly less cumbersome. Once I organized the parts and directions, the assembly was quicker and easier than I anticipated. I purchased my 20 lb. propane tank and had it filled. I secured it in the container, checking for leaks with Windex. Finding no bubbles, I followed the directions and it lit right up. Waiting until sunset, I got my coffee and watched the deck temperature rise on my outdoor thermometer. I was perfectly comfortable in 48 degree weather, with no wind. Actually had to turn it down to Low. Woke up to 34 degrees this morning. Opened the valve on the propane tank, started the pilot light and again, within minutes I was having coffee this morning in comfortable weather. Only being an owner for two days, I am 100% satisfied with the Heater. It is of high quality and good craftmanship.

Not as useful as anticipated

This product, though lets off some heat, does not radiate the depth of heat and the array of heat we were hoping for. You need to be located withing 18" of the heater to appreciate it's warmth. It's only fall here in Iowa, and wishing we had gone with a different product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PILOT setting variable. Sometimes hard to ignite

Nice product but I wonder if the pilot mark to turn the knob to is slightly off. It seems like I need to move it a bit and retry to ignite the pilot several times before it will light. The pilot set mark on the heater does not light the pilot if you align it there.

We needed a heater for our new patio. We looked at several types and price ranges. This one seemed to fit what we needed. The assembly was easy. The unit looks nice and definitely puts out the heat. Would recommend!
