I bought this a couple of years ago and it has been nothing but trouble the entire time. Super fiddly, doesn't want to light, and requires us to get up on a step ladder to take it apart and deep clean it almost weekly just to get it to work. When it is lit it pits out good heat, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. Very disappointed overall.

We enjoyed our screened patio all summer and wished to extend our enjoyment of it into the fall. We ordered the patio heater on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday. I assembled it in about 2 hours. Would have been quicker if I had followed the instruction more closely.
After I connected the propane tank, it took a few attempts to get the pilot ignited. Once the air purged from the line, it ignited. We love the bronze color because it complements our patio colors. It was raining and 52 degrees, but we enjoyed dinner on the patio with friends. The patio heater was turned up about 50%. We were a little cool, but with a light wrap, the patio was comfortable for dinner. Glad we bought it and hope it lasts for many years.

Pretty but Hard to Light

Bought our patio heaters heading into fall. They are attractive and put together in a relatively short period of time. However, they do not always want to light.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife and I purchased 2 patio heaters to cover both sides of the sitting area on the patio and it has worked to perfection. We place the heaters on low because of the range of heat the units put-out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great heater, puts out more than enough heat

I purchased this heater a few weeks ago to replace an old broken one. I can't ever compare this to the old one. This one puts out twice as much heat.

This was a Christmas gift from our son. It works great but when it arrived the base was bent out of shape and so was the case. Other than that it works great.

Great heater

I bought this heater a month ago and am very pleased with it. The hammered bronze finish with stainless steel head looks awesome on the patio. It gives off great heat on chilly nights on just the medium setting!
