I have been using the R1900 for 2 years with no problem. The color reproduction is excellent the proccessing time is quick and the printer is very quite. I have recommended this printer to many of my friends and they all have loved it over printers that they formarly praised. So if you looking for Medium Pro Quality It. It is easy to setup, The Instruction were simplr to follow. Printer rhis is it. Good Luck and HAppy Printing

Perfect for learning to print your own photos!

I have had this printer for a very long time and can not believe it still works! Epson is great about sending up dates etc. I use it with PHSP CS6 and my Canon 6D.
I would like to up grade but for now it is working just fine.
I would like to see a comparable model that does NOT include the CD print feature ( no one uses that any more ).

We absolutely love our Epson R1900 printer! We are photographers and so we take a lot of pictures and print a lot of pictures. This printer prints high quality prints, is easy to use and it's easy to change the ink. Great product and we highly recommend it to others!!

The printer is great when working right. It will use a lot of ink when printing on canvas. I do not use the printer has a blocked port and the head cleaner can not correct this problem Tech support told me to try outside service or to buy another printer. I would not recommend this printer if you are on a budget. I just use a printing service to fill my needs.

Glade the replacement ink work an not my photo 1900 printer. glade you made that call to try new ink first. My old was completely out of date and would not read. THANKS!

Long Lasting

I've had the 1900 for quiet awhile and it has never failed me. The pictures it prints are a thing of beauty and as of yet I have no intention of replacing it unless it breaks down and I'm forced to get the 2000.

Hate that the ink is so expensive-all 8 of them.And they need replaced so often.
If I haven't used this printer for a while it can take an hour or more to get it working again.
Love the pictures it produces. Print quality is fantastic.
